Role Overview

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Solution Architect to support solutioning across technology domains including Agentic AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud Platforms, Data Engineering, and AI / ML. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong client-facing skills, proven success in leading client orals, and the ability to command executive rooms with clarity and confidence.

The candidate will contribute to pre-sales, solution design, and client workshops, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. This role is pivotal in translating business needs into scalable, secure, and innovative architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Solutioning

• Lead client orals and workshops with confidence and clarity, representing Genpact's solutioning capabilities.
• Translate client needs into compelling solution architectures across cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), data, and AI / ML platforms.
• Partner with SVP and practice leads to co-develop winning proposals and transformation roadmaps.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
