ServiceNow PPM Implementation Specialist

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) SME / Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the subject matter expert for the ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) application

Guide the internal project team through the setup and configuration of the PPM suite

Provide knowledge transfer and informal training to key stakeholders

Required Qualifications & Experience :

Proven experience as an implementation administrator with at least one successful end-to-end ServiceNow PPM implementation

Deep expertise in the core ServiceNow PPM modules : Project Management and Resource Management

Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow Project Workspace

Strong understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
