The Marketing Operations team ensures the delivery of high-quality, relevant communications to audiences globally. We are a team of technical CRM experts who build, QA, and launch marketing campaigns designed by Lifecycle Marketing partners. Our focus is on high-quality campaign delivery and operational efficiency, ensuring each campaign reaches the correct audience on time and with excellent craft.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Strategy & Execution :
- Build, launch, and optimize retention marketing campaigns using Iterable.
- Own the QA review process, collaborate with designers and copywriters, and build target audience segments.
- Gather feedback from multiple stakeholders to ensure campaign quality and alignment.
Operational Efficiency :
Develop scalable workflows, processes, and best practices to launch campaigns with minimal errors.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Martech, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Design teams on campaign goals, audience segmentation, and creative execution.Performance Analysis :
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve quality, craft, and efficiency for future initiatives.Stakeholder Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for Campaign Operations for Lifecycle Marketing partners, ensuring alignment with company priorities.Tool Expertise :
Leverage Iterable and other marketing platforms to implement sophisticated campaigns, including automation, dynamic content, and A / B testing.Qualifications :
