The Waldinger Corporation, a growing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal industry leader, is adding a full-time Payroll administrator to our team! As a Payroll Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring that hourly craft employees are accurately and timely paid for their work. This role requires advanced knowledge of payroll regulations, previous experience in payroll software or systems, and ability to demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving skills and internal customer service. As a Payroll Administrator, you will learn and utilize established best practices to achieve success, operate well in a high-functioning team to deliver results, and do so in a way that embraces Waldinger’s values and the expectations of the customer. Their work is guided by leadership ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
