in, um gemeinsam deine persönliche Marke auf LinkedIn aufzubauen und spannende Inhalte zu kreieren, die begeistern und inspirieren.

Aufgaben

Erstellung und Veröffentlichung authentischer Inhalte (Fotos, Videos, Stories) rund um unseren Alltag und spannende Themen im Bereich Social Media, Recruiting & GenZ.

Aufbau und Pflege deiner Personal Brand auf LinkedIn mit persönlicher Storytelling-Komponente.

Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung kreativer Social-Media-Kampagnen.

Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team zur Entwicklung neuer Content-Ideen und -Formate.

Eigenständiges Community Management und Austausch mit der Zielgruppe.

Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründerteam zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Marke

Qualifikation

Deutsch in Muttersprache oder C1

Begeisterung für Social Media, Influencer-Marketing und digitale Trends.

Spaß daran, dich vor der Kamera zu zeigen und regelmäßig Inhalte zu posten.

Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Social Media oder Content Creation (privat oder beruflich).

Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit.

Lust darauf, dich weiterzuentwickeln und von erfahrenen Experten im Bereich Employer Branding und Social Media zu lernen.
