Job Title :

Inbound Inventory Receiving / Logistics Coordinator

Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized Inbound Inventory Receiving / Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of inbound freight, ensure timely and accurate digital receiving, and assist with outbound truck routing. This role also supports inventory management by maintaining clean product data (dimensions, barcodes, etc.). You will work closely with our warehouse and operations teams to drive smoother warehouse operations and better customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Inbound Receiving :

    • Schedule and coordinate inbound freight appointments with vendors and drivers.

  • Track inbound shipments and proactively manage delays or discrepancies.
  • Ensure all incoming inventory is digitally received into the system promptly and accurately.
  • Outbound Routing :

    • Assist with daily routing of trucks for deliveries.

  • Help optimize delivery schedules and load planning.
  • Inventory Data Management :

    • Update item records with dimensions, barcodes, weights, and other critical details.

  • Help maintain clean, accurate inventory information.
  • Process Improvement :

    • Identify recurring issues in inbound or outbound logistics and suggest improvements.

  • Help implement better systems for faster, cleaner warehouse operations.

    • Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics coordination, or inventory control.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (comfortable emailing, calling vendors, drivers, etc.).
  • Tech-savvy - work with spreadsheets, warehouse software, and shipment tracking systems.
  • Able to take ownership, stay proactive, and solve problems without being micromanaged.
