Job Description :

• Work in an acute care setting providing physical therapy services.
• Use the MEDITECH - 6.1 charting system to document patient care.
• Adhere to the cancellation policy of 12 hours every 2 weeks.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Evaluate and manage patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and rehabilitation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in shift-based duties and responsibilities.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a dynamic work environment.
