Why You Will Love this Job :

The Construction Manager will oversee all construction activities on-site to ensure alignment with project scope, timeline, and budget.

Specific Responsibilities :

  • Manage Balance of Plant (BOP) installation and integration.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Leadership & Team Management
  • Support on-site teams, including safety officers, contractors, and project engineers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all site construction-related matters.
  • Foster a collaborative and solution-focused work environment.
  • Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders.
  • Identify and address potential risks, delays, or issues proactively.
  • Ensure timely communication between the project office, general contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Enforce all safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and project specifications.

Requirements :

  • Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical field; or equivalent hands-on experience in the construction industry.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive construction experience, including supervisory or coordination roles on power generation or industrial projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and deliver construction projects valued at $25M+ successfully.
  • Familiarity with data center construction protocols and infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of Jenbacher engines, power generation systems, and BOP installation.
  • Field experiences supporting mechanical and electrical trades during installation and commissioning.
  • PMP certification or similar project management credential (or willingness to pursue).

  • Self-Management : Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Team Collaboration : A supportive attitude and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and contractors

    The salary range for this position is $89,800 to $114,100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
