Job Title : Account Associate - Sales Support

Job Summary : As an Account Associate - Sales Support, you will work closely with an Account Representative / Account Manager / Agent, providing essential assistance to help drive sales and maintain strong client relationships.

Your role will involve supporting the account representative / manager / agent in various aspects of the sales process, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist the account representative / manager / agent with administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
• Collaborate with the account representative / manager / agent to identify potential clients and generate leads through research and prospecting activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals in coordination with the account representative / manager / agent, emphasizing the benefits and features of the offered products / services.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients, providing accurate information and addressing their concerns or directing them to the appropriate contact.
• Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction, address post-sales queries, and offer ongoing support.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and assist in tracking sales performance, identifying trends, and proposing improvements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products / services, and competitors, providing insights and suggestions to enhance the sales process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient sales process.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain professional ethics.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or a related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the relevant industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Knowledge of the industry's products / services, policies, and sales processes is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude.
