The Role : We are seeking a Global M&A Technology Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our Managing Director, Technology. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning and executing technology integrations across newly acquired international firms. Unlike traditional integration roles, this position will often work with firms that have no dedicated IT staff and minimal infrastructure. You will design solutions from the ground up, adapt to diverse regional contexts, and deliver consistent outcomes across borders. You will ensure integrations meet Andersen's global standards while respecting local regulations such as GDPR, data residency requirements, and jurisdiction-specific IT practices.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $125,000 - $215,000. The actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skill set.
