Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Locum Tenens - Family Medicine PhysicianLocation : Fountain Valley, CaliforniaFacility : Outpatient Primary Care ClinicStart Date : December 1, 2025Contract Length : 13+ weeks (possible extension to 3-6 months or locums-to-perm)Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Patients seen 8 : 00-4 : 30, 8-hour workday with lunch break) Clinical Details

• Setting : Outpatient only - no call

Average Patients / Day : 18-20

Patient Population : All ages (must be comfortable seeing all age groups)

Procedures (Preferred, not required) : Common outpatient IM procedures - biopsies, sutures, etc.

Support Staff : Yes - MAs, practice manager, front office, etc. (No supervision required)

EMR : Epic (must be experienced)

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care

Epic EMR experience required

Active CA medical license - Required

DEA certificate - Required

BLS or ACLS - Required
