Key Responsibilities
Perform manual system setup tasks and support configuration of workflows and user profiles
Collaborate with the Implementation Manager to execute project timelines and assist in documentation
Help update training materials and provide post go-live support
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in SaaS platforms, software implementation, or data entry roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Excellent organizational and time management skills
