Project Development Manager - Solar (PJM Region)
Leap29 have a fantastic opportunity which is available as Project Development Manager for Solar farms, predominantly across the PJM region.
Main responsibilities :
- Originate and develop utility-scale solar farm opportunities from identification through to development phase.
- Technical and Economic feasibility of greenfield projects, Co-Development & M&A
- Define and implements BD strategy in the region focusing on market
- Market intelligence and country analysis
- Experience in working with Transmission & Distribution Network Operators.
- Experience with EIA
- Securing land
- Assisting with engineering studies for grid connection and working with technical staff
- Coordinate stakeholders
- Supports on project due diligence processes and project acquisition closings.
Requirements :
- PJM region project experience
- BSc. Degree in Engineering, Finance, or related fields. Specialized
- master’s degree or additional training on renewables is a plus.
- 2 years’ experience in USA renewables development
