About This Role

The Senior Product Manager (IT Operations) defines and delivers the strategy for all employee-facing hardware and software. You will own the vision and roadmap for workplace solutionsincluding Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, VDI / cloud workstations, AV / meeting experiences, and smart space technologiesensuring the end-to-end ecosystem is secure, productive, and aligned with evolving business needs, especially in hybrid and remote environments. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, champion user needs, and lead cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver measurable business outcomes.
