Our Supply Chain team is the backbone of our business, ensuring products move seamlessly from suppliers to stores. We collaborate across functions to deliver on sales, in-stock, and profit goals, while championing process improvements and operational excellence. As a Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategies that support our company's growth and customer promise. Lead the transformation of our fulfillment and reverse logistics network. This is your opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, scale complex programs, launches and expand fulfillment capabilities to meet evolving customer needs across one of the world's largest retail networks. This is a role based in Bentonville, AR, a full relocation package is available, but we are not considering remote candidates at this time.

What You'll Do :

• Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale network projects and launches across the Fulfillment and Reverse Supply Chain.
• Coordinate cross-functional teamsincluding engineering, operations, HR, IT, and financeto ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality program execution.
• Develop and implement standardized program formats to align stakeholders and drive accountability.
• Create deployment playbooks and new KPIs to measure and achieve desired project outcomes.
• Present program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Champion continuous improvement and governance across all program phases.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
