Replenishment Insights Professional

This position is hybrid, working in the Rogers, AR office three days a week. You will serve as a senior-level Replenishment Insights professional responsible for implementing advanced supply chain and logistics strategies. Supporting key departments for Walmart.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools to support customer requirements like OTIF and SQEP.
• Use systems like Walmart's Scintilla (formerly Luminate) to analyze supplier and replenishment performance.
• Collaborate with clients to improve supply chain efficiency and compliance.
• Identify inventory risks and implement solutions to prevent lost sales.
• Support client presentations and strategy sessions with Walmart.
• Analyze inventory and forecasts to meet in-stock and delivery goals.
• Align sales forecasts across stakeholders and communicate performance metrics.
• Provide updates on inventory challenges, opportunities, and forecast changes.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's required + Bachelor of Arts Degree

Work Experience : + 6+ years of supply chain experience + 3+ years of previous supervisory or management experience preferred + Experience / proficient in Microsoft Office Specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities : + Experience in data analysis and working with customer systems and technologies. + Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management. + Strong working knowledge of Walmart systems, including Retail Link and GRS. + Understanding of Walmart's supply chain operations. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
