Overview

This position is responsible for designing, maintaining, and securing complex network systems. Provides advanced technical support, leads infrastructure and security projects, and ensures reliable, high-performance networks for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership for design, support, and implementation of information technology infrastructure systems.
• Provide technical design specifications and documentation for all local and wide area computer network segments and their connectivity specifications.
• Lead and provide directives for a technical team in assembling, installation, implementation, support, and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Assist Infrastructure Manager and other technical staff in implementing projects and plan for unplanned initiatives.
• Provide technical design specifications, management, support, administration, and documentation for all infrastructure devices.
• Troubleshoot and solve immediate network security, latency, or fault issues.
