Soni is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our law firm client in Northern NJ. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting end users, and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced professional environment.
What You'll Do :
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Assist with video conferencing setup and troubleshooting (Microsoft Teams & Zoom)
- Maintain and track IT equipment inventory
- Accurately document all support activity in the Firm's ticketing system
- Travel periodically to other firm offices for onsite support, buildouts, and expansions
- Provide occasional after-hours or shift coverage as needed
What We're Looking For :
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook and Word)Experience with iManage is strongly preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindsetProven ability to learn quickly , follow procedures, and maintain detailed documentationExperience in a law firm or professional services environment preferredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field - or equivalent work experienceWhy Join Us :

Compensation : $75,000 to $95,000 annually
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
