Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in internal or corporate communications, preferably in high-growth organizations

Strong communication planning skills

Proficiency in producing videos, posts, or creative presentations

Ability to create visual content using tools like Figma or Canva is preferred

Experience in banking, fintech, or financial organizations is a bonus
