A multi‑disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in championing marketing collateral and initiatives for Dallas, TX location.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end process for marketing collateral, including project management, content development, and document production for RFQ / P responses and client pitch presentations
• Collaborate with practice group leaders and business developers to define messaging strategy, create persuasive content, and support various marketing initiatives
• Develop marketing collateral for awards, speaking engagements, advertising, and our website
• Coordinate project photoshoots and provide support for field marketing activities like conferences and client events
• Work collaboratively in a cross‑functional position, partnering with multiple team members across disciplines and contributing to strategic initiatives
