Supply Chain Associate

Be Group, is assisting our Philadelphia client in identifying and hiring a supply chain professional to join their growing company.

Responsibilities :

• Materials & Inventory Management : Monitor material requirements, maintain optimal inventory levels, and coordinate timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Supplier Coordination : Support supplier sourcing and qualification, manage purchase orders, track supplier performance, and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Production Support : Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to align production schedules with material availability and customer demand.
• Logistics & Distribution : Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, work with carriers, and support freight cost analysis.
• Data & Reporting : Maintain accurate supply chain data in ERP / MRP systems, prepare reports on KPIs (inventory turns, lead times, on-time delivery, cost performance).
• Continuous Improvement : Assist with supply chain process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and implementation of best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with engineering, quality, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
