Superintendent

Our client, a leading construction management firm, seeks a Traveling Superintendent to oversee industrial construction projects across the U.S. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, safety compliance, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards . Projects span Paper, Packaging, Food & Beverage, Logistics, and Advanced Manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of industrial construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of construction methods, cost control, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Procore, Viewpoint , and Microsoft Office.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.
