Key Responsibilities

Develop and articulate comprehensive digital product strategies that align with business goals and user needs

Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery

Manage and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and contributors

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in digital product management with a proven track record of launching successful digital products

10+ years of experience in creating and leading digital strategies, business epics, and prioritization frameworks

10+ years of experience in user-centered design, accessibility, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Demonstrated expertise in user research, persona development, journey mapping, and stakeholder analysis

Proven solid strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable plans
