Warehouse / Inventory Control Prairie Farms Dairy

Warehouse / Inventory Control team member is responsible for maintaining accurate product inventory, organizing warehouse stock, and supporting daily shipping and receiving operations. This role ensures the correct movement, storage, and documentation of dairy products while following all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive, unload, and stage incoming products and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders according to production and distribution schedules.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate product levels.
• Track, record, and update inventory information using warehouse management systems.
• Inspect product and packaging for quality, damage, and proper labeling.
• Organize and rotate stock according to FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and verifying shipment accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Communicate any inventory discrepancies, shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Support production and warehouse teams with additional duties as needed.
