ProSidian Seeks a Management Consultant | Management Consulting & Business Transformation for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Working On-Site (Client Site) in The Washington, DC Area Contract Contingent generally located across the Washington, DC Across The United States Mid-Atlantic Region supporting USCG CG-PSC modernizing mission support; needs change management, analytics, and portfolio governance support.

We seek Management Consultant | Management Consulting & Business Transformation candidates with relevant Defense, And Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense, And Security Sector Clients such as USCG. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Management Consulting & Business Transformation Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Program Management And Analytical Support Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Management Consultant [Program Management And Analytical Support Services] in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focussing on Risk Management Solutions for clients such as U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) - Personnel Service Center (CG-PSC) (USCG / CG-PSC) | CG-PSC Business Operations Division (PSC-BOPS) / Mission Support Portfolio Generally Located In Washington, DC and across the United States Mid-Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working On-Site (Client Site).

Provide organizational transformation, strategic execution, and mission-support modernization within a Federal civilian/military environment as part of advisory + execution support, embedded with leadership, focused on outcomes such as adoption, alignment, performance improvement, and decision quality. Supporting Categories:

Directs multiple complex projects and ensures quality/compliance across work productsconsistent with senior/lead analyst or senior consultant level.; provides initiative management, process improvement, and executive coaching; reviews work products for quality/compliance.

Desired Qualifications For Management Consultant | Management Consulting & Business Transformation [USCG11011] (USCG11011) Candidates:

Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field AND PMP/DHS mid-level PM (or equivalent).

7 yrs; or 5 yrs with a Master's or higher.

Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Management Consulting & Business Transformation Functional Area Activities.

Lead multiple complex workstreams: initiative management and integrated delivery

Process improvement (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma-style problem solving) and implementation planning

Performance measurement design and monitoring to drive corrective actions

  • Analytical problem solving and structured thinking
  • Results orientation and disciplined execution
  • Collaboration across diverse stakeholders
  • Quality orientation and attention to compliance
  • Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset

Work to Program Management And Analytical Support Services For The United States Coast Guard Personnel Service Center (CG-PSC). The ProSidian Engagement Team employees shall generally perform all work between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays).

TRAVEL: Contractor travel beyond the minimum local commuting area of fifty (50) miles from the primary place of performance will be required to support this contract.
