Provide services and support as a Management Consultant [Program Management And Analytical Support Services] in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focussing on Risk Management Solutions for clients such as U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) - Personnel Service Center (CG-PSC) (USCG / CG-PSC) | CG-PSC Business Operations Division (PSC-BOPS) / Mission Support Portfolio Generally Located In Washington, DC and across the United States Mid-Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working On-Site (Client Site).

Provide organizational transformation, strategic execution, and mission-support modernization within a Federal civilian/military environment as part of advisory + execution support, embedded with leadership, focused on outcomes such as adoption, alignment, performance improvement, and decision quality. Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field AND PMP/DHS mid-level PM (or equivalent).

7 yrs; or 5 yrs with a Master's or higher.

Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Management Consulting & Business Transformation Functional Area Activities.

Lead multiple complex workstreams: initiative management and integrated delivery

Process improvement (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma-style problem solving) and implementation planning

Performance measurement design and monitoring to drive corrective actions

Work to Program Management And Analytical Support Services For The United States Coast Guard Personnel Service Center (CG-PSC). The ProSidian Engagement Team employees shall generally perform all work between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays).

TRAVEL: Contractor travel beyond the minimum local commuting area of fifty (50) miles from the primary place of performance will be required to support this contract.
