The Contract Negotiation Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for reviewing redlines of contract terms and conditions in close partnership with legal, sales and direct customer interaction for timely turnaround time. In Contract Development, our vision is the development and management of error proof contract documents where the analyst provides insight and business recommendations based on deal analysis. This position is part of the North America Client Services team and will be remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. You will be a part of the Contract Development team and report to the Manager of Contract Development. • Prepare highly complex, customized contracts which involve the integration of many diverse elements of high cost / revenue, to ensure compliance to company policies, GPO's terms and pricing guidelines to support profitable sales growth.
• Advises sales on handling objections, alternative contract options, and / or value propositioning to help drive deal closures.
• Manage and collaborate with impacted parties to identify acceptable options to facilitate deal closures while building strong partnerships with cross functional peers and superiors to ensure overall streamlined process and champion contract policy and procedure revisions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Service, Marketing, and IT on contract matters as relevant while being a sales advocate and trusted partner to internal organizations to understand sales issues.
• Participate in complex assignments where independent judgment, action and initiative are necessary.

This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
