This role supports key trading and operational functions while leading the migration of processes from the Legal Department to the Global Markets Client Lifecycle Administration group. The position focuses on agreement term entry and verification, documentation management, reporting, and related administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and validate legal terms from trading agreements in the Front-Line system
• Upload and manage agreement documentation in SharePoint
• Prepare reports on pending terms, netting verification, and process metrics
• Test and implement system enhancements for efficiency and accuracy
• Review transaction booking and verify credit terms and limits
• Maintain accurate counterparty credit details across systems
• Support control development, audit requests, and procedural documentation
