A company is looking for an IT Support Technician I / II.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support through various communication channels for IT products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking
Document service requests accurately and participate in team meetings and training
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of relevant IT support experience or a combination of education and experience
Intermediate-level knowledge of various IT systems and tools, with advanced skills in specific areas
Availability for training from 8 AM to 5 PM CST for the first 2 weeks
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field is preferred
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus
