About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience : 2 years RN experience in PCU / telemetry required.

License : Compact or state license required.

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required.

Must-Have :

Must be comfortable taking 5 patients.

Strong IV / phlebotomy skills required.

Candidates must float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby.

Description :

Must have experience in progressive care or telemetry settings.

Healthcare professionals will work primarily on a universal unit focused on acute care and progressive needs.

Patient diagnoses include liver failure, sepsis, acute respiratory failure, COPD, diabetes, and DKA.

Expected to work holidays, including one Christmas and one New Year’s holiday, and either Thanksgiving or Martin Luther King Day.

Compliance requirements include BLS, ACLS, EKG onboarding exam, NIHSS, Progressive Care competency exam, and other relevant assessments.

Candidates must provide one reference from a charge nurse or supervisor.

Emergency response and patient care experience are essential.
