Account Coordinator

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for the Midwest / East Coast region, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Account Managers and Directors in developing media solutions for clients

Ensure smooth campaign delivery by collaborating with content, ad operations, and finance teams

Manage campaign data entry into NetSuite and other CRM systems

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in the podcast / media industry or a relevant college degree

Strong passion for podcasts, brand storytelling, and advertising

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Enthusiasm for learning and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
