Job Summary :

The CNC Machine Set Up Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure the efficient and precise manufacturing of parts and components. This role involves interpreting blueprints and engineering instructions to configure machine tools and adjust machine settings for optimal performance. The technician will collaborate with the engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues, perform quality checks, and make necessary adjustments to maintain part accuracy and consistency. This position plays a critical role in supporting the overall manufacturing process.

Schedule : Mid Shift : 2pm - 10 : 30pm Monday - Friday

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a manufacturing facility, with drill presses, metal cutting, and other industrial equipment. The employee is regularly exposed to vibrations. Noise levels fluctuate from moderate to high requiring ear protection. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must wear appropriate personal safety protection equipment. This equipment will vary based upon the work location and type of work being performed but often will include safety glasses, closed-toed / heeled shoes, and sometimes may include protective clothing.
