Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician for contract assignment starting December 1-January 9 at their Corporate Health clinic in Decatur, AL. Provider will see ages 6+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Tuesday 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm, Wednesday & Thursday 9 : 00am-7 : 00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break, and Friday 8 : 00am-1 : 00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
