Job description

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Lancesoft Inc. to find a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) in Lewistown, Missouri, 63452!

Pay Information

$2,261 per week

About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team at a long-term care (LTC) and rehabilitation facility. The OT will provide patient-centered therapeutic interventions to improve cognitive and / or ADL physical functioning, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Screen, evaluate, and develop individualized care plans for patients with cognitive and / or physical ADL impairments
  • Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices in treatment
  • Deliver rehabilitative and skilled therapy interventions, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities / exercises, modalities, and assistive device training
  • Assess and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members

Job Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 1 year OT experience (LTC or Rehab experience required)
  • License : Active Missouri OT license (Compact License accepted)
  • Certifications : NBCOT certification and compliance with professional ethics
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
