Role Overview

The Consulting Practice Leader – Platform Engineering will define and lead the strategic vision for a high-growth engineering consulting practice. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, modern software engineering, and platform innovation for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical acumen with strong leadership, business development, and client engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the practice’s strategic roadmap.
• Drive growth through new market opportunities and technology-led offerings.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team (~25 members).
• Oversee the creation of frameworks, SDKs, and reusable components to accelerate client delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic engineering and digital transformation insights.
• Support pre-sales, client presentations, and negotiations to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure operational excellence through best practices, governance, and quality delivery.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and promote innovation across the practice.
