What You'll Do

  • Lead field operations for diverse commercial projects (healthcare, education, institutional, corporate, and community-focused builds).
  • Supervise field staff, trades, and subcontractors while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Owners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceeding expectations.
  • Oversee site logistics, daily scheduling, and on-site problem-solving.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, enforce site safety, and drive strong communication across all project stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage ground-up and renovation projects.
  • Strong understanding of project sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics.
  • Experience working with Procore or similar project management platforms a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and quality.
