A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with internal and external customers to gather necessary information for processing test samples
Communicate test status, manage customer inquiries, and support sales team account requests
Document customer interactions and assist in training new employees
Required Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent required; two- or four-year degree preferred
At least 2 years of prior customer service experience
Multi-lingual skills are a strong plus
Familiarity with HIPAA policies and procedures
Experience with Salesforce CRM platform or similar tools is preferred
