About the Role

As a Market Sales Representative, you will drive growth across Florida, developing direct relationships with municipalities and decision-makers responsible for street, park, trail, and parking lot lighting. This is more than a sales role - you will act as a trusted advisor, market developer, and relationship builder, helping cities transition to a brighter tomorrow.

Based in the Florida area, you will work closely with internal teams and technical staff to deliver Fonroche lighting solutions across municipalities. If you’re a dynamic business development leader who thrives on innovation, relationship-building, and driving industry change, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

• Identify & Develop Opportunities : Build and manage a pipeline of projects, closing deals that drive regional expansion.
• Market Expansion & Standardization : Lead municipal sales efforts, positioning Fonroche as the go-to solution for solar lighting adoption.
• Client & Relationship Management : Serve as the primary contact for municipalities, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat business.
• Go-to-Market Strategy : Explore new sales and market development strategies to accelerate growth.

Product Expertise & Presentations : Become proficient in solar lighting principles and present the technical and cost-saving benefits

to clients.
