We are immediately hiring a Quality Assurance Manager internally titled, Warehouse Training Manager in Lakewood, WA for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Pay Type : Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Annual Salary Pay : $80,000 based on experience Schedule : Monday through Friday from 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM. Employee will be required to work additional hours and days as needed to support business needs. Bilingual preferred - English / Spanish

The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing site-level product quality and employee training, including conducting audits, compiling detailed reports, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role leads a certified training program for new associates that combines classroom instruction with hands-on pallet repair. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, experienced in quality assurance, and capable of interpreting quality standards, implementing quality programs, and improvement processes. While prior pallet experience is beneficial, it is not required.

The Warehouse Training Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of training at their site. They will report to the Group Logistics Manager and coordinate with the Safety Manager to train new hires and keep existing employees current on required training.
