o Oversee the coordination and management of air import and export shipments.
o Ensure timely and accurate processing of all documentation, including airway bills, invoices, and customs declarations.
o Plan and direct the flow of air traffic moving to and from overseas destinations.
o Open files for each shipment in the dedicated software system.
o Communicate effectively with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
o Resolve any issues or delays with shipments in a professional and efficient manner.
o Negotiate with domestic customers, acting as an intermediary for foreign customers, to resolve problems and reach mutual agreements.
o Ensure all operations adhere to local and international regulations, including customs and aviation rules.
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to processes.
o Assure that all dangerous goods shipments are handled according to regulations.
o Assist customers with compliance issues, certification, physical inspection, and arrangements for dangerous goods packaging in compliance with regulations.
o Monitor and update cargo movement using tracking systems and tools.
o Maintain accurate records of shipments and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams.
o Track and communicate shipment delays or documentation issues to clients and overseas agents.
