Allina Health Restorative Suites is hiring a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting. As the Staffing Coordinator at Allina Health Restorative Suites you will play a key part in supporting our nursing team by managing daily and long-term schedules, coordinating shift coverage, and ensuring adequate staffing for quality resident care.

Position Type : Full-Time, benefits eligible position

Shifts Available : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Wage Range : $27 - $31 / hour depending on experience

Staffing Coordinator responsibilities :

• Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the nursing department.
• Interview candidates for open CNA positions.
• Conduct reference checks and background checks for potential employees.
• Track continuing educational programs for staff.
• Complete daily budget report for all nursing hours.
• Track attendance and complete disciplinary action forms.
• Stock memory care units and care suites with supplies each week.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
