Seeking a Carpenter Foreman for a direct hire opportunity in Madison, WI. This position offers gas reimbursement, possible company vehicle, and employee benefits including PTO, medical, vision, 401k and more!

Salary is at $35 - $45 hourly depending on experience.

Responsibilities for Carpenter Foreman :

• Manage crew for new construction framing and finish work
• Commercial ground up and interior remodel projects
• Listen and think critically, take direction and feedback from Superintendent, and communicate effectively.
• Participate and contribute to following the construction schedule / project timeline.
• Assist the Superintendent in creating a safe and productive job site.
• Track your work progress and regularly compare it to the construction timeline.
• Lead by example; team building, communication, listening, and creative problem-solving.
