Trillium Construction is actively seeking a Construction Foreman in the Madison, Wisconsin area for a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Pay rate is $35-45 / hour plus OT! We specialize in Post Frame and pole barn construction, and we're looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to help guide our crews and keep projects moving forward. This is a working Foreman role, so you'll be on-site daily, leading by example and making a direct impact on job performance and quality.
