Senior Patient Access Representative

A company is looking for a Senior Patient Access Services Representative who performs various registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and billing duties to support patient access to medical services.

Key Responsibilities

Perform admissions, registration, and scheduling activities, including obtaining and entering patient demographic and insurance information

Verify patient insurance coverage, obtain necessary authorizations, and provide financial counseling to patients

Assist and / or train new employees as directed by supervisors or managers

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

3-5 years of relevant experience required

Imaging authorization experience highly preferred

Experience working remotely highly preferred
