What You’ll Do
Join our team as a Business Process Anayst 2, where you will play a critical role in coordinating and enhancing our IT vendor management processes.
This position offers the opportunity to develop an oversee strategies impacting out IT solutions and vendor relations, managing complex vendor relationships and expectations in a dynamic environment, and balancing multiple projects and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Typical duties include but are not limited to :
- Create and distribute technical documentation for IT processes and projects.
- Develop business cases for vendor development and performance improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and management of vendor-related documents and performance metrics.
- Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure effective communication and relationship management.
- Monitor IT-vendor service level agreements and manage IT-vendor risks, including performing market research and IT-vendor classification.
- Act as the primary support for IT-vendor development and data analysis, contributing to vendor management efforts across different functional areas of the IT-VMO.
- Engage in strategic meetings to ensure alignment and support for all business partners.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00PM
Travel : Light occasional travel may be required for training or vendor meetings.
