General Information : Beds : 12 OR s20 Pre-Op bays14 PACU bays

Required Experience : 2 years of OR Level 1 or 2 trauma experience

100 Mile Radius Rule

(Urology / Neuro / Ortho / Robotic / General / Podiatry / ENT)Patient Ratios : OR 1 : 1Pre-Op 1 : 2PACU Phase I - 1 : 1 or 1 : 2, based on acuity. PACU Phase II - 1 : 2-3Required Certifications : CST : BLSCST-NBSTSA (Preferred)SFA : BLSmust hold one of the following certifications : CSFA (NBSTSA or NCCSA)SA-C, CSA or CRNFA (ASBA)SFA :

Case types;Davinci XI and Craniotomy experience is required for Trauma
