Position Requirements

- Background check, No felonies
- Internet access and computer or tablet
- No Prior Experience Required

- Customer service - able to find solutions for potential and existing clients
- Problem Solver - able to find answers to simple problems
- Team Player - able to work, compete, and cheerlead others on the team
- Work Independently - able to work independently with clients after a training period.
- Computer proficient - able to use a web browser and Zoom, or willing to learn to work remotely.
- Coachable - able to take coaching and correction as needed to excel
- People skills - comfortable talking to a person or couple via Zoom and being able to help them find solutions in a client-centric way.

Independent Contractor, Commission Based
Reports to : Regional Vice President and Regional Leader

Job goals :
- Get fully licensed in 6-8 months, Life Licensed, SIE, Series 6, Series 63 ( Company provided training)
- Find new clients
- Service existing client
- Help recruit and train new teammates ( additional compensation provided)
