A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Intake and process all workplace incidents and WC claims accurately and quickly in the claims system
Initiate and distribute all necessary forms, documents, and communications related to claims
Manage the ServiceFirst queue daily, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience handling high-volume client communication in claims, insurance, or legal environments
Familiarity with compliance-heavy workflows such as medical records and vendor invoices
Skilled in navigating claims systems and internal case queues to manage tasks
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
Comfortable working cross-functionally with external parties and internal teams
