Job descriptionPresent and sell industry-leading products, including pumps, air compressors, and blowers, and work with clients to engineer packages and skids tailored to their specifications. Build meaningful relationships to ensure Pye-Barker is the first call for client needs. Drive a 10% annual sales increase in your territory by identifying new client opportunities and securing service contracts. Conduct client presentations, plant audits, and engaging "Lunch & Learn" sessions to showcase our products. Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate quotes and drive service fulfillment. Maintain detailed CRM records to keep clients and teams aligned. 3-5+ years in B2B industrial sales or outside sales. Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Associate's or Bachelor’s) preferred. Expertise with compressed air, pumps, and pressure blowers is ideal. Proven ability to interpret and meet clients’ needs with customized solutions. Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with strong time management skills.

Compensation : $60,000 -$70,000 + commissions, expected salary including commissions and bonuses could be $100,000 +
