Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain comprehensive change plans aligned with deployment timelines
Create communication materials to support change initiatives
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for Change Leads
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years' experience leading organizational change or large-scale projects
Experience developing and executing communication strategies for change initiatives
Experience facilitating change-related workshops or training sessions
Strong project management skills, including milestone tracking and risk assessment
