JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Duties :
- Creates, documents, and maintains the Experience Design team knowledge repository
- Manages vendor contracts and relationships
- Conducts audits and manages access and budget for Experience Design team tools
- Responsible for collecting, tracking and submitting invoices for payment by Supply Chain
- Offer tactical user research or Experience Design team hiring support like scheduling interviews
Requirements :
- 4+ years experience in design operations or a total of 5 years combined experience in design / design research / design systems and operational roles.
- Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication.
- Previous service experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in UX / Design / Research is a plus.
- Previous experience with systems specific systems - Figma, DoveTail, Userzoom, etc.
